- Made-to-Order Items: Please allow up to 3 days for production.

Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping: We offer Standard: Free, Expedited: 20 PLN.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs depend on order value and destination. The exact shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout.

* We offer Expedited Shipping only for orders over €200.
* We use inPost locker for domestic shipping, please let us know your nearest inPost point.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. Insurance is available upon request; please contact us before shipping.
International shipping may take 7–30 business days depending on your location. In rare cases, it may take up to 1 month due to customs or local delays.
